Q. How do I make a purchase on the site?
To make a purchase :-
- Click the “Add to cart” button for the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into your cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with payment.
- You will be taken to a login page where you would need to log into your account with your username and password.
- If you do not have an account, you will need to register for one before you can proceed with payment. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “Next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “Next” button.
- Select your preferred shipping method and click the “Next” button.
- Choose your preferred payment method and click “Next”.
- Confirm your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete your order.
Q. What are the payment methods available?

Q. How do I change my personal information and shipping address in my account?
Log into your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Forgotten Password” and enter in the email address you used to register your account with in the box.
- Click “Submit”.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, but only if the order status is pending.
- Please send a request via the FB messenger at the bottom right corner of the page or send an email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” to inform us about your cancellation.
- Orders that are being shipped cannot be cancelled.
